All our machines come with a 12 to 24 months warranty of the main unit, 3 months warranty of parts. Lifetime technical support.
All of our machines have the CE, ISO 13485 certification which ensures quality and safety. Our machines are under strict quality management to ensure top quality. Because we fully understand that it will be a great trouble if machine have any problem.
machine's return & EXCHANGE policy
FOR MACHINE:
Customer may return and exchange items under the following conditions:

Return and exchange is within a period of 7 days from the date when the order is received for regular–priced items and 7 days from the date when the order is received if on markdown and
-
Accompanied by the original receipt, and
-
Its original packaging and box intact
In addition, we would like to advise you that the following conditions are not entitled to a refund or exchange under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394)

Sudden change of mind

Defects caused by misuse or mishandling of items by customer

Discovery of the lower price of the same item from another store
Return and exchange will be coordinated with the customer separately.
