How can I access my account?In order to access your account, visit the www.revivefacialcenter.wixsite.com/revive home page and click on "login" at the top right-hand corner. Then enter your email address and password.

What if I receive the message "email / password incorrect"?"If you receive the message "email / password incorrect", make sure that you are loging in with the email address that you used to register with Revive Facial Center. If you verified that you are using the correct email address, the issue might be that your password is incorrect. You can reset your password by clicking on "Forgot Password?". You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you don't receive this email (check your spam folder), you most likely don't have a Revive account. You might have subscribed to the Newsletter without having created a Revive account. In this case, create an account by clicking on "register". I like a deal being displayed - how do I get it?Shopping at Revive’s Deal is very easy. Just follow these steps: Click on the deal that you like and read the deal description and fine print thoroughly as it contains important deal information. If you wish to purchase the deal, click Pay Now Button. Log in to your account and enter your details. If you are a new user, enter your payment address and payment details. Check that all information is correct and click on "submit order".

What happens after I buy?After payment is verified, e-voucher will be sent to your email within 24 to 48 hours. You can easily redeem from your phone. No printout required. Download the voucher from your phone and present to us to redeem, together with your valid I.D.

Where is my voucher?After your purchase, you will then be able to access your voucher at your email address that you used to register with us.

Can I buy a deal as a gift?Yes! You can give our vouchers as a gift to a friend. Our vouchers are transferrable. Moreover, only the original price is written on the voucher, not the price you bought it for, thus making it a perfect gift. Just follow these steps: If you purchase our vouchers as a gift to a friend, please present a print copy of voucher and photo copy of your 1 Valid ID (signed with date). Or email us, that you are requesting a change of name of your voucher.
